I love that the Sunny Health and Fitness Treadmill has a built-in handrail control that makes it easy for me to access quick speed buttons, safety lock and power save buttons, and pulse monitors.

It might not be a clincher for some, but I consider it very clever! There’s no need to take my hands off the handrail to make quick adjustments, which is very nice.

I can choose from 9 exercise options programmed in its system. The options focus on weight loss, heart rate and endurance.

 

Incline

There are 3 manual incline options to personalize the level of my workout intensity. It inclines to just about 5 inches above the floor, but it is enough to make each workout at least a bit different.

 

Easy Folding Mechanism and Soft Drop System

One of the reasons why I bought this treadmill is the limited space that my apartment has.

True to its promise, I can properly store it when not in use because it folds and unfolds safely and easily. It also has wheels which make it easy to move around.

However, be conscious of the weight limit as this treadmill’s size could pose problems for bigger people or those with a wider stance. There are some reports of damaged parts or defective unit upon delivery, but my unit came completely new and worked perfectly.
