As someone who loves working out, I created Workout HQ to help others in their quest to become healthier and get the figure they want. It is my hope that with more education, people will enjoy working out more and will do so in a safer manner. All information on this site is completely free.
To pay for the costs of running the site and to compensate for the time required to create and maintain it, I will sell a limited amount of advertising space. I will also post affiliate links to products I recommend. What this means is that whenever you buy a product through a link on my site, I will receive a small commission. Your cost will not increase, but I should warn you that I will definitely let my new-found riches go to my head.

It is also a participant in Google’s Adsense program, which displays advertising on select pages.
