We are Kate and Jason, and we’re here to help you reach your goals.


Jason is a fitness junkie with a passion for powerlifting, basketball, and ping pong (how weird, right?). He was a hardcore runner in high school, but those days are behind him now.


Kate prefers yoga and running although Jason has convinced her to do some weightlifting as a way to prevent running injuries.


We started this site together, and now we have a total of 5 people constantly working on delivering the best fitness content to you.

The site has been growing at an incredible pace, but there is SO MUCH we haven’t covered yet, so if you have any requests for what we should cover,  feel free to let us know and we’ll see if we can find an expert to help you out.

We believe a healthy human body shouldn’t be extremely specialized which is why we cover a wide range of content on our site.
