Innova ITX9700 Inversion Table Review

Last updated June 2, 2021 By Kate Leave a Comment

Innova ITX9700 ReviewI was enticed to buy an inversion table because of positive feedback from people who had been relieved of persisting back pains. Some even said that daily use of the table replaced expensive visits to the chiropractor.

After months of using the Innova ITX9700, I completely understood them and I couldn’t agree more. This well-made inversion table is efficient and very easy to use.

It has comfortable ankle locks and a backrest with a removable head pillow and hot/cold compress-enabled lumbar bar. It also provides for easy height and inversion adjustment.

Best of all, it comes with a very economical price tag!

Let’s take a closer look and see if this is the right inversion table for you.

Key Features

Ankle Locking Systeminnova-itx9700-ankle-locks

I am very pleased with the secure and comfortable ankle holders of the Innova ITX9700.

There are opposing cups that hold the ankles, as if giving them a tight embrace. I consider them more comfortable than roller-type restraints.

4-Position Side Inversion Pin

While most inversion tables have a tether strap to control the inversion, the Innova ITX-9700 sets itself apart.

The degree of inversion is adjusted by positioning the pin in any of the 4 degree settings – accurate, safe and easy.

Lumbar Bar for Hot or Cold Compress

Another pleasant surprise is the universal lumbar bar. Not all inversion tables within the same price range have this accessory.

What’s even better is that it can be used for hot or cold compress for added relief. However, note that the hot/cold compress is not included when you purchase the table.

Others

  • It has foam-covered handles that you can grip as you go back to the upright position.
  • The backrest is made of large memory foam with a removable pillow. However, the foam’s cover tends to tear up along the edges.

Design And Specifications

The Innova ITX9700 weighs 55 lbs.

When assembled, it measures 46 x 28 x 63 inches (L x W x H).

Even bulky users will find it safe and comfortable because it has a maximum user weight of 300 lbs.

The height can also be adjusted from 4’10” up to 6’6″.

The table is made of well-made materials, and is also covered by 1-year warranty.

Another inversion table with a comfortable backrest is the Teeter EP-560 Ltd.

The flexible backrest also has a removable head pillow and lumbar bridge for added support and comfort. There are also accupressure nodes that target different pressure points to help release tension.

Innova ITX9700 Inversion Table: Conclusion

The Innova ITX9700 proves that there are reasonably priced inversion tables that can give expensive ones a run for their money.

It has unique features that are typically offered by pricey, high-end tables like a 4-position side inversion pin for safe and easy adjustment and a lumbar bar for hot/cold compress.

In conclusion, there is no doubt that the Innova ITX9700 is one of the best inversion tables on the market today.
